Cahill’s Cheese are proud to announce that we will be a part of the newly launched West Limerick Burger Kit released by the Dunraven Arms this Spring. The burger must be cooked by the customer but it is very straight forward.
The click and collect West Limerick Burger Kit features three West Limerick food producers, Rigney’s Farm, Cotters Organic Lamb and Cahill’s Farm Cheese. Head chef Chris Starr created this delicious burger kit. Chris joined the West Limerick Food Producers Programme this year. The involvement gave Chris the inspiration to start this project.
The burger features Rigney’s Farm free range streaky bacon, organic grass fed lamb from Cotters Organic Lamb and Irish grass fed vintage cheddar from Cahill’s Farm Cheese. Chris finishes the burger off by using homemade signature spiced tomato chutney and aioli and wild garlic in a brioche bun.
