Brisket Chilli Cheesy Pasta Burrito served with Cahill’s Cranberry Cheddar

Ingredients
- 1 Onion
- Garlic cloves
- 1 chopped tomato
- 2 tbsp of tomato puree
- Lean steak mince
- Leftover beef brisket
- Refried beans
- 1 beef stock cube
- Pasta
- Cranberry cheese
- Tortilla wrap
- Lettuce
- Red slaw
- Brisket chilli
Method
- Pre-heat frying pan and add oil
- Salute one onion and garlic cloves
- Add 1 tomato and 2 tbsp of tomato puree
- Fry the lean mince
- Add the brisket and braise
- Add refried beans to the mixture and stir
- Add 1 beef stock cube to boiling water and add to the meat
- Let this cook and simmer for 1 hour
- Boil the pasta and drain
- Grate Cahill’s Cranberry cheese over the pasta and allow to melt
- Add the ready meat to a tortilla wrap
- Add your lettuce, red slaw and cheesy pasta to the mixture
- Add some brisket chilli
- Fold the wrap and enjoy!
