We are very proud to be a part of a new lunch menu served by the Fitzgerald’s Woodlands Hotel in Adare, Co. Limerick. The sandwich is very exclusive because it contains local produce produced in West Limerick. This sandwich perfectly highlights what can be done with such high quality food produced in our local area. The West Limerick Toastie represents Twomey’s Bakery in Dromcollogher, Cahill’s Cheese in Newcastle West, Wilmott’s Butchers in Rathkeale and home grown onion’s from Mary’s garden in the Woodlands Hotel Adare.
