Irish Porter Cheesy Pizza

Ingredients
- Pizza base (purchased in Aldi)
- 2 x 400g cans plumed tomatoes
- 2 tbsp virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Mozzarella torn into chunks
- Cahill’s Irish Porter Cheese
- Bunch of basil leaves
- Meats of your own choice (pepperoni, chorizo, etc)
Method
- Place the pre-prepared base on a chopping board
- Sprinkle plain flour over the base
- Drain the juice from the plumed tomatoes and tip the rest into a mixing bowl
- Add olive oil, oregano and a pinch of salt
- Squash everything together using your hands
- Pre-heat the grill to high
- Spread the sauce over the base using a large spoon
- Add toppings of your own choice
- Add both mozzarella and Irish Porter cheese
- Place until the grill for a number of minutes until bubbles appear and the sides have puffed up
- Allow cool and serve!
